I made an appointment with Joel and it was a pleasure to work with him. I was worried the atmosphere would be intimidating or that I wouldn't be taken seriously cause I just had a gold ring with a small stone and nothing super duper fancy. But he was actually very kind and genuine and took his time with me despite being short staffed. He explained things to me very well and the evaluation was an easy process with no pressure. Literally the nicest people I have ever dealt with. Incredibly fair and transparent. Pricing was reasonable. Accommodations for patrons were comfortable. Process of selling was prompt and courteous.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Joel was warm, accommodating and super helpful. He had me visit a jewelery evaluation business close by for free, (a service that one would normally be charged for.)  I got a competing quote from Rose Estate Jewelers, and it was the same quote that Joel gave me. Super fair, honest vibes from both businesses.  I decided to sell to Joel because I liked his warmth and vibes.
