   Joel Jacobson , Jewelry Expert and Analyst, was knowledgeable and comfortable to talk to. My husband met with him to appraise an older wedding ring set we had; although his company could not utilize the set, he referred my husband to a jeweler in the Loop area who not only expected my husband but also made an offer.    I worked with Adi and Joel to sell my engagement ring and wedding band after my divorce, which can be an emotional experience. Adi and Joel handled the entire process with such care and consideration. I didn't have any paperwork on the diamond, but they used the tools they had to find the ring's certification paperwork and offer me a very fair price. The entire process was simple, thorough, and very kind. Thank you, Adi and Joel!
